Clinton, NC - The Board of Directors for Star Telephone Membership Corporation (STMC) announced today that Donna Bullard has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of the cooperative, following the retirement of Jeffrey Nethercutt, who held the position since August of 2016.
A Cumberland County native, Bullard has been employed at STMC since 1998 serving many positions within the corporation from Marketing, Information Technology, Regulatory Affairs and Finance. Bullard obtained her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Mount Olive College.
