Kim Shepherd - Kim Shepherd was named Chief Executive Officer of SkyLine TMC on July 1, 2018. Kim has worked for the cooperative for the past 20 years. Prior to being named CEO, Kim served as Chief Management Officer from 2016-2018 overseeing all operations of the company. She also provided leadership in the areas of customer operations through her responsibilities as Executive Director of Customer Operations from 2011-2016 and Customer Service and Sales Manager from 2002-2011. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and Secondary Education from Appalachian State University and a Master of Business Administration from Gardner-Webb University. Kim serves on various industry boards including Carolina West Wireless, Telecom Insurance Group, Access/On Multimedia, Inc., Carolina/Virginias Telephone Membership Association, North Carolina Telephone Cooperative Coalition, Tennessee Telecommunications Association, and South Carolina Telecommunications & Broadband Association. Kim and her husband, Derek, reside in Warrensville and they have two children. They are members of Pleasant View Baptist Church in Lansing, NC.

Mitzie Branon - Mitzie Branon became CEO of Yadkin Valley TMC in 2010. She grew up in the Yadkin Valley area and attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where she graduated magna cum laude with a degree in accounting. Prior to becoming CEO she held the positions at the company of Accounting Manager, Controller, and General Manager of Yadkin Valley Telecom, Inc. which is a 100% owned subsidiary of Yadkin Valley TMC. She is also President of The Data Center, Inc. which is another 100% owned subsidiary of Yadkin Valley TMC. She has over twenty years of experience with Yadkin Valley TMC and is on the Board of Directors of several industry organizations. She currently lives in the Fall Creek community with her husband Mitch. They have two children. The Branon family enjoys attending Union Grove Baptist Church in Yadkinville, N.C. where they are members.

Kim Garner – Kim Garner is the General Manager for Randolph Telephone Membership Corporation in Asheboro, North Carolina. She has worked for the cooperative for more than twenty years. Most recently, she was in charge of Human Resources at Randolph. She has served on the Randolph Friends of the Zoo Board of Directors and several telecommunication industry associations. She received an Associate’s Degree in Accounting at Randolph Community College and is credentialed as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute. She is a member of Saving Grace Baptist Church in Coleridge, NC.

Wilkes Telephone Membership Corporation, Millers CreekEric Cramer - Eric Cramer began working for Wilkes Telecommunications in January of 2005 when he was hired as the company’s CFO, and he was then promoted to CFO and Assistant General Manager in August of that same year. He was named CEO and General Manager in March of 2010. He has more than 17 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to coming to Wilkes he worked as a Telecom Consultant for John Staurulakis, Inc. located in Greenbelt, Maryland for more than eight years. During this time he worked with small rural companies like Wilkes Telecommunications across the country, specializing in financial and strategic management and planning. Mr. Cramer is originally from Crofton, Maryland and holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, and graduate degrees including a Master of Science in Telecom and Technology Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) – both from the University of Maryland.

Star Telephone Membership Corporation, ClintonJeff Nethercutt – Jeff Nethercutt was named Executive Vice President and General Manager of Star Telephone Membership Corporation in August of 2017, after more than 20 years of service with the cooperative. During that time, he has served in a variety of jobs including Revenue Manager, Director of Revenue, Vice President of Corporate Operations and most recently Assistant General Manager. Prior to coming to Star, Jeff worked in the banking industry as a Commercial Banker with BB&T for over 12 years. A 1982 graduate of Campbell University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Jeff also attended Wake Forest University and completed certifications with The Institute of Financial Education at the University of Central Florida. Over the years Jeff has served on many civic and community group boards including the local Kiwanis Board of Directors as well as a member of Coharie Country Club Board of Directors and Past President. Jeff has served on the Board of Directors for the Carolinas-Virginias Association of RUS Telephone Accountants and served as President of that organization as well. A native of Clinton, NC, he and his wife Lisa currently reside in Clinton. They have four children and one grandson. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys playing golf and spending time at the coast. He is member of First Baptist Church of Clinton and serves on the Stewardship Committee.

Keith Holden - A native of Brunswick County, NC, Keith Holden was named Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of ATMC in April of 2018. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University in 1997, Keith began work at the cooperative in 1998 as a Computer Programmer. Through his career he has held the positions of Information Systems Manager and Vice President of Information Systems. In 2009 he earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. He is actively involved with several advisory boards for UNCW including the Master of Computer Science and Information Systems. A lifelong member of Sharon United Methodist Church, Keith has participated in multiple committees including building and finance, and he volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America. He and his wife Heather live in Shallotte, NC where they are outnumbered by their three young boys.

Tri-County Membership Corporation, BellhavenGreg Coltrain - On January 1, 2011, Gregory (Greg) S. Coltrain assumed the position of CEO/General Manager of TriCounty Telecom. Greg began his career at TriCounty in November 1997 as the Information Systems Coordinator. He later served as Customer Service Manager and then Operations Manager. Greg grew up in Pantego and graduated from Northside High School. He received a degree from Beaufort County Community College in Business Administration. Over the years Greg has served on many civic and community group boards. Currently he serves as the Executive Director of the TriCounty Foundation and serves on the board of the Beaufort County Community College Foundation. Greg resides outside of Belhaven NC with his wife Tiffany and their six children. He is an active member of the First Baptist Church in Washington. In his spare time, he enjoys singing and spending time with his wife and children.

Surry Telephone Membership Corporation, DobsonCurtis R. Taylor - Curtis was named as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Surry Telephone Membership Corporation in May of 2009. He has worked for the cooperative for the past 33 years. Curtis began his career with Surry in 1981 as the Central Office Engineer and has held positions of increasing responsibility including the positions of Chief Engineer, Plant/Engineering Manager and Chief Technology Officer. He is active in his community, currently serves as a board member of other communications companies and industry associations. Those Board memberships include Carolina West Wireless, Access/On Multimedia, Inc., Carolina/Virginias Telephone Membership Association (CVTMA), Visions West Board of Managers, and the North Carolina Telephone Cooperative Coalition (NCTCC). Curtis also serves as Chairperson of the Mount Airy Chamber of Commerce. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Old Dominion University.
